Problem Note 56030: Initialized KPIs are not calculated if a KPI Specific Re-seed list is applied in SAS® Merchandise Planning

In SAS® Merchandise Planning, initialized KPIs are not calculated if a KPI Specific Re-seed list is applied. When opening a Seeded worksheet for the first time, the Initialized KPIs are calculated. However, when opening a Re-Seeded worksheet where the Re-seed on Open option is enabled, then the Initialized KPIs fail to calculate. This problem occurs only when a KPI Specific Re-seed list is applied to the Re-Seeded options.
There are no errors or warnings to indicate a problem.
Use the following steps to work around this issue:
- Remove the Re-Seed KPI list.
- Open the seeded worksheet.
- Add the Re-seed KPI list.
- Enable the Re-seed on Open option, and open the worksheet.
